Our kitty stayed at Alley Kat for 5 nights and Michelle took amazing care of him and we got picture updates everyday ?‍⬛ the whole process was so smooth, would definitely recommend!

I cannot begin to describe how fantastic Michelle and Kal are and just how much my little one enjoyed her time with them. We left our cat for two nights, we were anxious as we have never been away from her for longer than a couple of hours. Michelle kept us updated with pictures of our darling and updates n how she was and she just looks so wonderfully comfortable and happy. The facilities are absolutely second to none every room is so spacious. When our little one came home she was able to settle right back in. Thank you so much Michelle and Kal for how well youse looked after our little girl ! Will totally be back

Had my cat in for 4 nights. Michelle was excellent at talking us over process of booking and what we would bring etc . When there, his personal diet needs etc where taken care of. We got photo/video updates twice a day to let us know how he was settling. Pretty sure by the end, he didn't wanna come home as he was seemingly treated like a king. Would highly recommend.

Highly highly highly recommend Alley Kat Hotel! Michelle looked after my cat for a week whilst we were away on holiday and for the first time in a long time, I haven’t felt anxious about leaving her. I’ve used several places in the past 5 years, including friends and family and can confidently say I will be using Alley Kat Hotel for every occasion in the future. Michelle gave us an update every morning and it settled my nerves for the rest of the day, she is absolutely amazing. When we were collecting my cat, I could immediately see how well my cat took to Michelle and it was just the best reassurance. Thank you so much Michelle, you’re an incredible person and you do this so well and Willow will 100% see you again and again!?

Thank you Alley Kats Hotel for looking after our cat Lola! From the minute we arrived I knew that Lola was going to be so well looked after whilst we were away, as Michelle is such a caring cat lady who knows the animal inside and out. Michelle wanted to know everything about Lola so her routine stayed the same e.g feeding times, bed times etc. When we were away we got so many updates and pictures of how Lola was and this really give us peace of mind. Lola enjoyed her stay so much she wouldn’t leave when I came to collect her. I can not recommend Alley Kat’s Hotel enough and will definitely be using it again.
